Provides short and medium-term rental assistance, stabilization services, and street outreach, for persons experiencing homelessness. Eligible residents are seen by appointment only. Families and individuals may be placed on a waitlist based on their level of vulnerability. A referral or acceptance to the program is not a guarantee of housing placement.
Short-term assistance focuses on the following areas:- Housing stabilization
- Short term rental assistance
- Linking participants to community resources and benefits
- Helping clients develop a plan for preventing future housing instability
- Eligible clients may be provided case management services for up to a year
